Fluffy pancakes recipe
Put in the food processor, or mix milk, eggs, flour, yogurt, mineral water and baking soda and mix well. Let it cool for an hour. If it has thickened too much, add more milk and mineral water.
We prepare the pancakes from the above composition, about 10 pieces come out.
We leave the raisins soaked in rum essence for a few hours, then we drain them.
Mix sweet cheese with sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla essence and raisins and fill the pancakes with this composition. Roll the pancakes and put the caramel syrup on top.
