50 g parmesan

200 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (powder)

First you prepare the ingredients. Dice the mushrooms and ham. If you use frozen spinach, drain it of water. If you use fresh spinach, scald it for 1 minute, then put it in very cold water to maintain its color, then peel it and put it in a blender to chop.

Mix the flour with the baking powder. In a bowl, mix the eggs for a few minutes until they increase in volume. Add spinach, oil, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Stop the mixer and with a spatula incorporate the Parmesan cheese and sifted flour together with the baking powder, alternating with the milk when the dough thickens. Repeat the process until the flour is finished.
Over the resulting composition add the mushrooms, ham and greens. Stir slowly until incorporated.

Wallpaper a cake form with baking paper and pour the composition. I used a silicone mold and it was not necessary to put baking paper. Put the tray in the oven, over medium heat, for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool and serve the cake.

I thought for New Year's Eve to propose you an appetizer recipe that does not involve snacks and meatballs, not too much pork and to be something more special. That's how I came up with the recipe for liver terrine, which is quite simple to make and will look good on any holiday table.

& # 8211 1 kg chicken liver
& # 8211 2-3 large onions
& # 8211 300g thin sliced ​​bacon
& # 8211 or preserves champignon mushrooms
& # 8211 preserves wild mushrooms
& # 8211 spices to taste: salt, pepper, cajun spices, parsley, thyme
& # 8211 4 tablespoons oil

Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in oil until it becomes translucent. Then we put the chicken livers, which we wash and peel. Season to taste and leave them on the fire, stirring from time to time, until the liver changes color. Meanwhile, mix both types of mushrooms. Then let it cool a bit and put them in a blender until we have a fine pate.

We are going to prepare the terrine: in a heat-resistant dish or a cake form, we put the bacon slices, so that they cover the bottom and the walls of the tray. Keep slices of bacon and put on top. Over the slices of bacon we put a layer of pate, then a layer of mushrooms, another layer of pate, mushrooms and pate again. Then cover with the slices of bacon and place the tray in another tray, in which we put enough water to reach half of the tray with pate. Bake (should not be heated before), at 180 degrees, for an hour or until the composition is well combined.

The terrine must be completely cooled before cutting it, so it will be a bit difficult to slice. You can also put a little gelatin in the liver pate, so you are sure it will bind. We liked it very much, especially since we are big lovers of liver pâtés and we came to the conclusion that from now on we will make pâtés for breakfast more often. Method of preparation

Indeed, this cake is a tasty appetizer, with a lot of ingredients that give it a very pleasant aroma and with which you can impress your guests at the table or why not the family. We now move on to the preparation of the cake:

I chose it because it is easy to make, it is not at all meticulous, there is no need for spectacular ingredients, but we can simply put everything we have in the fridge. You can put olives, broccoli, cauliflower, frozen vegetables, corn, sausages, telemea, etc. instead of olives.
