Pasta with seafood


  • 400 gr pasta 'noodles'
  • 1 l fish soup
  • 200 gr over tuna
  • 150 - 200 gr shrimp
  • 150-200 gr mussels
  • 1 suitable onion
  • 1 red
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta with seafood:

Finely chop the garlic and put it in a frying pan, put the fish pieces and fry a little, take them out and put them aside on a plate. We still fry the shrimp a little, we take them out as well. Grate the onion and add it in the same pan in which I fried the fish and cook, when it is half done, add the tomato, which I also grated and cook a little longer, then add the mussels (previously cleaned). Cover the pan so you can open the mussels. Once opened, the mussels are removed and set aside. Put the hardened onions and tomatoes in a "paella" type pan over the pasta, put the pasta and cook a little, then add the fish soup. Halfway through the cooking time of the pasta, place the fish, shrimp and mussels on top and continue cooking until all the liquid is consumed.
