Raspberry mousse - an easy recipe for a tasty dessert

Recipe for a traditional raspberry mousse

To prepare the mousse, we use fresh raspberries, sugar, gelatin and 36% cream. Raspberries must be healthy, firm and fully cooked. Before being used, we rinse them well - in a strainer, under running water.

  • fresh raspberries - ½ kg
  • gelatin - 5 leaves (or 5 teaspoons flat)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup piled
  • cream 36% - 1 cup
  • milk - 1/4 cup
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp - to taste
  1. Pick the raspberries, rinse and drain.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in ¼ a cup of cold water.
  3. Heat the milk and pour the hot liquid into the dissolved gelatin. Mix everything well and set aside to cool.
  4. Strain the fruit through a sieve and add lemon juice.
  5. Beat the cream until foamy, adding powdered sugar in portions.
  6. Add gelatin and slowly add the grated raspberries.
  7. Mix everything well and pour into salad bowls.
  8. Place the raspberry mousse in the refrigerator - at the concentration.

Serve the dessert ready prepared with cakes or wafers. A sweet specialty can be an effective dessert, served at social events, in decorative cups, after the main meal or as a supplement to coffee. Tone foam & # 8211 I had this aperitif at the festive table organized by the hotel where I was on vacation. I found out the recipe and I brought it to you to delight your taste buds.

It is a simple, tasty, easy and quick to prepare appetizer. This recipe tone foam is the recipe of a fish creams delicate, fine, sensual, light, pleasant both in terms of taste and those who look at it. The decor and the way of presentation will decisively influence our choices, so we take care to make any ordinary dish a sensational thing, bringing a little color, contrasts, textures that blend perfectly in the plate.

It is not said in vain that appetite comes from eating. As soon as we start tasting this tone foam we will feel the need to ask for another portion. I don't know if you've tried the combination below so far, but I'll tell you it's a sensation that deserves all your attention.

Hanz prepared a lot of delicious recipes for us during that holiday, so we couldn't resist and asked him to go into the kitchen to see what he was going to prepare for us. Unfortunately, I didn't keep all the pictures, but I managed to post the pork brisket with carrot, celery and mozzarella even when we were staying there.

INGREDIENT:

2 cans of tuna (in olive oil & # 8211 can of 185 g)
4 anchovy fillets (in oil)
30 g small capers
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons mustard
250 g mascarpone
toasted black bread & # 8211 for serving
a few baby spinach / valerian leaves - for decoration

Drain the oil from the canned tuna. Cut the anchovy fillets very finely, then rinse the capers.
Put the tuna, anchovies, capers in a bowl with lemon juice, then pass them with the vertical mixer / robot or blender. Add mustard and mascarpone and mix with a wooden spoon until the composition is homogeneous. Put the cream in the fridge for 15 & # 8211 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the black bread into circles with the help of shapes or even a glass, then fry it.
Put tuna mousse on the bread with a spirit and decorate with spinach leaves, valerian or whatever you have on hand.
