RECIPE PREPARATION Baked potatoes with telemea:
- Peel the potatoes and rinse them; We cut each potato into round slices; Put the potatoes in boiling salted water, leave until the fork enters them;
- We fry the pieces of schnitzel in hot oil on both sides; Cut each slice lengthwise;
- Grease the pan with butter; Place a layer of potatoes over which we pour half of the beaten eggs with yogurt, grate the cheese; Place the pieces of slices, pour over the remaining half of beaten eggs; At the end we add the remaining potatoes over which we grate the cheese;
- Put in the preheated oven at 200 gr for about 25-30 minutes;
