Apple pie

It is very simple to prepare, I will explain briefly for the pasta: I prepared a plastic bowl where I sifted flour, baking powder and cinnamon. I melted the sugar in water and added both kinds of oil and the core of the pods, I mixed the two compositions well until it became like a ball.

I wrapped it in transparent foil and left it to rest in the freezer for 20 minutes, then I prepared two transparent foils between which I spread half of the paste with the rolling pin. I placed it in a greased form with a little oil and flour, I cut the extra edges, I made the holes with a fork and I also placed the filling that I prepared while the dough was resting.

I peeled the apples, cut them into small slices, put all the plums, pine nuts, etc. together. I placed them on top, spread the other part of the paste and placed it over the filling. I also made a rose from what I had left and some leaves around it, I greased it with a little water almost everywhere, so that it would color well and I put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 55 minutes or until Made beautifully colored, a little crispy on top, but very good.

I powdered powdered sugar on top and served a small slice with two tablespoons of soy ice cream, cherry waltz ... wonderful!
