Strawberries with strawberry cream


To start, finely chop the strawberries, mix them with 3 tablespoons of sugar and put them in a strainer with a bowl underneath to drain the syrup from them.

Countertop: Rub the yolks well with oil and water. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and continue beating until it melts. Add flour, yeast, cocoa and yolks and mix well. Pour the composition obtained in a tray with a removable bottom lined with baking paper. Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, do the test with the toothpick.

Cream: Mix the strawberries with the cream cheese and then add them to the whipped cream.

When the top is cooled, we leave an edge of about one cm and we dig it, obtaining a depression in which we pour the cream. We also spread a thin layer of cream on the edge. Put the crushed core on top of the cream.
