- 1 casserole chicken wings,
- 1 bell pepper,
- 1 hot peppers (this is optional because not everyone eats spicy),
- 6-7 tomatoes,
- 3 medium onions,
- 4-5 cloves of garlic,
- frying oil.

RECIPE PREPARATION Tomato sauce with chicken wings:
The wings are washed, wiped with water with a paper towel, then seasoned with salt, pepper, delicately and fried in hot oil over medium heat. Brown nicely on both sides. Bring water to a boil. a 2 liter pot. When it has boiled, roast the tomatoes. Peel them and chop them into cubes. a cup of water and cook until the onion is well softened. Add the sliced garlic and keep for another 10 minutes. Then the diced tomatoes. Boil over low heat until the tomatoes are soft, add the wings. boil until the sauce binds and decreases, season with salt, pepper, delicate to taste. We served with polenta.

When you have a tender, tender chicken and many well-ripened garden tomatoes, combine them harmoniously and a delicious recipe comes out. Put in tomato sauce with cream, but also with garlic.

Tomato sauce with chicken breast and basil
a chicken breast
2 cups red juice
100 ml water
100 ml white wine
2-3 cloves garlic
a teaspoon / two of sugar
olive oil (also goes for sunflower)
Method of preparation tomato sauce with chicken and basil
- Simple and good, I prepared this sauce very happy that I also have fresh basil :)).
Chop the tomatoes (not small).
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Put the tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Quench with tomato juice. Add sliced garlic and water and simmer.
- Separately, cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Heat oil in a pan, put the pieces of meat and lightly fry on all sides.
Add the meat over the tomatoes, then the wine, sugar, a little salt and chopped basil (to taste).
Put the lid on and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
At the end we taste and match the taste of salt and pepper. The sauce should be low, thick.
Serve this tomato sauce with chicken breast with rice, puree, pasta or polenta, cooked while the sauce is boiling, with or without grated cheese on top.
