Wafer sheets with caramel cream

200 g of sugar are caramelized, another 300 g are beaten with 3 eggs and poured over the burnt one. Stir continuously until slightly thickened. Add the walnuts, butter, rum essence and mix.

Assembly: sheet-cream-sheet-cream-sheet-cream-sheet-cream-sheet. Put a weight on it and leave it for a few hours or until the next day!
